대회 참가 신청 시 : 신청 절차는 외부 신청 시스템(ngfsteam.org)에서 이루어지며, 성명, 소속(학교·기관), 학년, 연락처, 이메일, 지도교사 정보, 제출 작품 자료 등 참가에 필요한 항목이 수집될 수 있습니다.When applying to the competition: applications are handled on our external application system (ngfsteam.org), which may collect the applicant’s name, affiliation (school/organization), grade, contact number, email, mentor teacher details, and submitted project materials.
문의 시 : 이메일로 문의하시는 경우 이름, 이메일 주소, 문의 내용.When you contact us: if you email us, your name, email address, and the content of your inquiry.
자동 수집 정보 : 서비스 이용 과정에서 접속 IP, 브라우저·기기 정보, 방문 일시, 페이지 이용 기록 등이 자동으로 생성·수집될 수 있습니다.Automatically collected: access IP address, browser/device information, visit date and time, and page usage may be generated and collected automatically while you use the Service.
로컬 저장 값 : 언어 설정과 쿠키 동의 여부는 이용자 브라우저의 로컬 저장소(localStorage)에 보관되며 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.Local storage: your language preference and cookie-consent choice are stored in your browser’s localStorage and are not transmitted to our servers.

대회 참가 관련 자료 : 해당 대회 종료 및 이의신청 기간 종료 후 파기(관련 법령에 따른 경우 그 기간까지 보관).Competition-related records: destroyed after the event and any appeal period ends (or retained for the period required by law).
문의 기록 : 응대 완료 후 최대 1년.Inquiry records: up to 1 year after resolution.
자동 수집 접속 기록 : 통신비밀보호법 등에 따른 기간.Automatically collected access logs: for the period required by applicable law.

6. 제3자 제공 및 처리위탁6. Sharing and processors

서비스는 이용자의 개인정보를 원칙적으로 외부에 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 안정적인 서비스 운영을 위해 아래와 같이 신뢰할 수 있는 사업자에게 처리를 위탁할 수 있습니다.As a rule, we do not share your personal data with third parties. However, we may engage trusted processors to operate the Service reliably, as below.

Cloudflare, Inc. : 웹사이트 호스팅·전송 및 보안, 쿠키리스 방문 통계.Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting/delivery and security, and cookieless visit analytics.

법령에 따라 수사기관 등이 적법한 절차로 요청하는 경우에는 관련 법령에 근거하여 제공될 수 있습니다.We may disclose data where lawfully requested by authorities through due process, on the basis of applicable law.

7. 개인정보의 국외 이전7. International data transfers

서비스 운영을 위해 이용한 일부 처리위탁 사업자의 서버는 국외에 위치할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 표준계약조항(SCC) 등 관련 법령이 요구하는 적정한 보호조치를 적용합니다.Some processors we use may operate servers outside your country. Where this occurs, we apply appropriate safeguards required by law, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

9. 아동의 개인정보9. Children’s personal data

본 대회는 유아·아동을 포함한 다양한 연령대가 참가합니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 수집·이용할 때에는 법정대리인의 동의를 받으며, 법정대리인은 아동의 개인정보에 대한 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.The competition welcomes participants of all ages, including young children. Where we collect data of children under 14, we obtain consent from a legal guardian, who may exercise the child’s rights on their behalf.

개인정보 보호를 위해 접근 권한 관리, 전송 구간 암호화(HTTPS), 접근 통제 등 관리적·기술적 보호조치를 시행합니다.To protect personal data, we apply administrative and technical safeguards, including access-privilege management, encryption in transit (HTTPS), and access controls.
